Dr. Kelechi Ibe-Lamberts (@blacktransnational_) is a tenure track assistant professor in community health at State University of New York (SUNY) Cortland. He received all his degrees from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, completing his Ph.D. before his 25th birthday. This week's episode is all about his transition from Pre-Med to the Ph.D. and the subsequent navigation of politics in academia. ⁠
