This week's episode is a touchy, but real and relevant subject. As we deal with grieving personal losses and even people we may have never met, doing so in grad school can make things feel more difficult. This week started tough for the Black community as a whole losing Kobe & Gianna Bryant, and marks one year since the more personal loss of my grandfather. I (tearfully) share my reflections on grieving and persisting through my own loss in the hope to help you through tough times of losing important people.
